Sympathetic to surroundings

In the early 2000s, Gary Underwood, an experienced naval and civil architect, was engaged to design this unique residential building. Incorporating bioclimatic architecture, the ‘green’ roof integrates seamlessly into the natural environment.

The building features many curves and sits harmoniously amongst the gently undulating lands of the bay.

As you enter through the intriguing curved tunnel, you discover a place marked by harmony and peace. This beautiful courtyard creates a sense of arrival and marks the beginnning of a spectacular journey.

Inspired use of technology.

The endemic rooftop planting results in virtually no runoff thanks to the plants water uptake and the clever conservational design of the roof system. One of the greatest benefits is the superior thermal insulation, resulting in comfortable, even temperatures all year round.
